After I place an order will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Yes. An email is sent to you immediately after you confirm your order. Please review the email and contact us if you have any questions.

 

Will I be sent an email to let me know when my order has been shipped?

Yes. An email will be immediately sent to you once your order has been shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do but at this time our website will not reflect accurate shipping charges outside of theUnited States. After your order we will contact you regarding the proper shipping charges. Feel free to contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

 

How quickly are items shipped out after ordering?

Items are typically shipped to you within two weeks (usually sooner) unless otherwise noted in the description of items. On occasion Decoupage Plates can take 3-4 weeks and Hood Ornaments can take 6-8 weeks. We will contact you as soon as possible if any item your order is backordered. If an item is back ordered or not available there will be a delayed billing to your credit card. And mail orders paid by check or money order will not be shipped until check/money order has cleared. * Please contact customer service if you have any questions regarding delivery times or payment.

 

Can items be returned or exchanged?

We are proud of all our wonderful products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly provide you a refund for your merchandise only, not including shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in original condition and when possible be returned in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
  • All custom order sales are final. Unless we made an error in production of your item.
