We are proud of the quality of all of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly provide you a refund for your merchandise only, not including shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt. All custom order sales including engraved and monogrammed items are final sales and cannot be returned except in the case of a mistake on our part. All merchandise must be in original condition and when possible be returned in original packaging.
